Artifact: Weebly Blog
Reflection:The artifact "Weebly Blog" was created through my time in the EDS program at Kennesaw State University from fall 2015 to spring 2017. This artifact is a collection of my reflections throughout the program and also includes my assignments in ITEC 7030 Internet Tools in the Classroom. The blog clearly illustrates my reflections on my continued professional practice and disposition.
The artifacts best displays my mastery of the Standard of Candidate Professional Growth and Development. My blog effectively models my regularly evaluations and reflections on my continual growth as instructional technology specialist. Each and every blog reflection clearly illustrates how I effectively modeled and facilitated technology-enhanced learning experiences through the evaluation of digital tools, teacher professional developments and personal professional development. Each blog entry contains continued professional growth illustrated at the end of each and every semester. Each blog entry includes a reflection on my growth and at its impact of my own professional practice.
This artifact displays my professional practice and disposition through my own self-reflection. If I could do anything differently with my artifact, I would have tracked my progress and reflections throughout the course, instead of at the end of every semester. By monitoring my own progress and reflections throughout the class, I could have more accurately displayed my growth and understanding through each and every semester.
The work that went into creating this artifact has enhanced both my school improvement and faculty development. The impact of this artifact can be seen in every aspect of my professional development and can be assessed in improved professional development training sessions, EOC and SLO scores.
